ScoreMinerSM
ScoreMinerSM is PredictiveMetrics’ (PMI) web-based credit risk and management decision support system with advanced querying and reporting capabilities. You do not need any special software to use it and it is very user friendly. ScoreMiner uses the input from any of PMI’s predictive risk models ( Net30Score , UtilityScore or LeaseRiskScore ) and turns your customer data into business intelligence. It can provide an overview of your company’s total credit risk as well as the risk on an individual account basis; it enables you to measure credit risk and collection performance, and provides the information necessary for better, more cost-effective business decisions.
Whether you need the big picture portfolio view or details at the individual account level, PMI’s predictive risk models together with ScoreMiner will give you the clearest vision. You will be able to assess the overall activity of your portfolio as well as individual account performance and obtain accurate readings of the current AND future risk of your customers meeting their payment obligations.
ScoreMiner provides comparative analyses, over time, of PMI’s scoring output, at all operating levels, for example:
- Entire company
- Risk Class (PMI allocates your accounts into risk groups for easier management and implementation of credit and collection policies)
- Collector
- Credit Analyst
- Salesperson
- Individual account
ScoreMiner
allows you to create custom watch lists, and provides an early warning on those accounts that you have decided, based on your criteria, need attention first. Quick action on problem accounts can help you to lower your DSO and reduce write-offs.
ScoreMiner
also provides the basis for the development of optimal collection strategies, by risk class and, in addition, can provide certain of the reports needed for Sarbanes-Oxley audits.
The following can be requested through ScoreMiner for pro-active decisioning:
- Analysis of Risk Groups (scored accounts only)
- Analysis of Risk Groups (all accounts)
